Becoming an SEO Expert

I certainly didn't start out as an SEO expert.  

I decided I wanted to make money online in 2002 and began the arduous process of education myself on the ins and outs of the internet.  In retrospect, it would have been much smarter to find a mentor and pay enough money to learn how its done!

But that is just not my way.

I enjoy self-learning, always have, always will.  So I began spending all my free time on the computer learning how to make money online.  

It was a slow process.  I remember making my first Clickbank sale after four months and being ultra excited.  

From there I began to branch out and try other things.  Google Adsense, Amazon, affiliate marketing, Ebay, writing books, etc.  You name it, I have done it.

But in 2006, I decided to open my own SEO agency, Easy Street Marketing.  I felt like I had a great handle on the process and wanted to help others which has always been my purpose in life.

I got my first client a couple of months later and have never looked back.  I love SEO!
